I sorted my car insurance on line Filled it all in and then the last bit I used the autofill and it changed the names on my policy so all drivers were me!!! Chatted with Daniel who was amazing. Great insurance, difficult to contact.

I have never had any issues with the policy, making changes or unusual requests. The issue is trying to talk to someone. Spent 40mins waiting for a response on the live chat and there is only 1 phone number to call if you have an accident. When I started a second live chat the operator was amazing and sorted the issue I had quickly with not too bad of a wait time (13min) to be given an operator. Might just have been me getting the one bad operator the first time Reviewed on: 21st September 2021
