One annoying miscommunication but all fine otherwise

Been with One call for a couple years on and off. Always been simple and easy to insure my bike with. Only issue was on recent auto renewal, leading up to it quite a few emails were sent to me that just said 'having trouble viewing this?' so I had no idea what any of them said. On checking my online account, all the documents for renewal quoted the same price as previous year. Thats fine. Even though I got cheaper quotes elsewhere, its convenient to stay. More emails I couldn't read. Renewal happens and the monthly payments are higher. Frustratingly, within the emails one of them had a link at the bottom with a document that was not uploaded to my account, explaining interest and a higher premium. Annoying but oh well. Theyre fine as far as insurers go otherwise. Reviewed on: 7th October 2025
