I recently used One Call Insurance for my motorbike insurance, and overall, the experience was smooth and straightforward. The process of getting a quote and setting up the policy was easy to follow, and I found their pricing to be competitive compared to other providers. The website was user-friendly, and I appreciated the range of cover options available. Customer service was helpful when I had a few initial questions, and the response time was reasonable. It was good to have support via live chat, though at times the waiting period could have been shorter. So far, I’m satisfied with the service and would consider using One Call again in the future.
