Price Match

I have had motorcycle insurance with One Call Insurance for a few years now. My renewal quote was higher than a price comparison provider. I contacted One Call and they were able to price match and so I have stayed with them for another year! The operator that I was in contact with was efficient and polite. All of the documentation was also updated online as soon as I checked. Reviewed on: 20th July 2025

My fault

It's totally my fault, but as I have been on holiday and my car insurance is due at the same time and trying to sort that out I missed this. I'm sure its a competitive price but a bit surprised that you took the money early. will be more on the ball next year. Reviewed on: 20th July 2025
