Easy to use, friendly staff

Partners CU have many times been a life saver for me. I have a revolver loan which is like an overdraft that you can withdraw up to your limit. Then when you pay back you can withdraw from again and again at any stage, it is so useable and flexible. Whenever I've needed to withdraw from it, it's a quick email, a friendly response and the money is in my bank. Recently I have had to apply for a loan due to my car breaking down, again a quick phone call to make sure I'm eligible , a simple online application, a friendly email to confirm details and all sorted. Fantastic customer service

I applied for loan online , I was unsure of the process. Within 1 hour customer service had contacted to help guide me through the application form .my loan was then paid into my account with out any problems. The customer service is second to none the staff are all so friendly and approachable, also very informative about the different products they offer. I would highly recommend Partners Credit union .
