Best little bank

Since I started saving with the Credit Union I have had a wonderful family like experience with all the staff whether that was in the Peel Road branch or when they moved to Dale Street in Liverpool City centre, no problems applying for loans or with any query no matter how small the matter is. Community values

I have been a customer for a number of years now and the staff go above and beyond to help you in any way they can within reason. The have a variety of loans ans savings accounts to meet all customers needs. This by far is the best financial institute I have been a member of, I have managed to save which I always struggled with and with money I pay on my loans the extra pounds go into savings. The interest rates are lower than banks and if you are struggling they are there to support you. The partners credit union keep you informed and up to date on all aspects of your accounts.
