APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE

As a client of Payl8r where my online business offers payl8r as a payment option i have not had a single sale using their payment option in 7 months i have been in contract with them. The customer service especially from Colin Duffin. It is now a month i have been waiting for a reply to my last email to him and I'm still awaiting to see the report i requested. Would i recommend Payl8r for a retailer - not a chance. Appalling customer service all round. Reviewed on: 24th May 2024
