I’ve had a great experience from start to present (I’m still within my loan terms but confident the experience will continue to be great until the end), the initial application process was easy to complete with thorough checks being made by payl8r to ensure customers don’t fall into financial difficult. Customer service team are very responsive, fast with responses and extremely friendly and helpful. Especially Felicity Pooe who I have personally dealt with.
