When things were really hard and desperate ,payplan showed us that there was a way forward and light at the end of the tunnel without worrying every time a letter arrived or a knock on the door , thank you payplan you literally gave us our lives back. Reviewed on: 21st July 2022

Managing Debt Stress-Free

Payplan have really eased my stress from day one of joining them. Their team have always been friendly, spoken to me like a human being and ensure they are never too forceful with communication. Having debt is a huge stress and thankfully, coming across Payplan has meant I can continue to manage regular payments that are sustainable and I have the opportunity to flex payments as and when I need to, a huge benefit in my eyes. I’ve been with payplan for a few years and nothing is ever to much trouble, the customer services team have excellent communicational skills has always put me at ease.
