We were so worried about the accumulation of Debt that had accrued over the years but the staff was wonderful with the help given and set out a plan that gave us that help which reassures us. Life savers

I was in a really tricky situation before finding pay plan 5 years ago. They dealt with my case swiftly and efficiently, and were able to get me on the road to financial recovery within a few weeks. Fantastic support and advice

Payplan have been so supportive at a time when I was struggling with my mental health and did not know how to manage my debt. Their customer service is exceptional, the staff are friendly and understanding. I like the fact they are quick to respond and the call waiting time is minimal. Brilliant experience!

At the age of 19 its so easy to get into debt, credit company's will throw anything at you, and being a 19 year old girl trying to keep up with the trends I just took, took, took, I managed to keep on top of my debts for a few years until I moved into my own flat due to a family breakdown and I physically couldn't afford to pay everything despite working full time. That's when my bank recommended Payplan to me. I have been in my DMP for a little over 2 years now and it's put me at ease so much, its made me be able to afford the little things in life such as getting my hair cut, buying a new pair of shoes, things I wasn't able to before, because Payplan take into consideration everything you spend money on including birthday presents, new clothes etc before they determine how much you can afford to pay back.
