Very supportive and quick to respond

I was recommended to call Pay plan. They have always beeb very supportive and provide all the advice I need. If they are unable to then they provide other contract details so I can always speak to someone about the difficulties I am going through. They were there from day 1 getting all the relevant documentation and setting up the plan very quickly. Whenever I email or call they are very responsive. Reviewed on: 11th June 2022

Excellent communication, everything explained, all options explained and why one chosen was the best for me. At a time where I had no choice but to not make a payment they were very understanding and helpful. Informed and helpful

Initially the person I spoke spent loads of time sorting out a payment plan that was affordable. Since then they’ve been really helpful and the communication has been great. Staff have been really considerate, which is nice because it’s been really stressful. After that first conversation, when I had a plan set up, I felt a huge relief that I had a plan to repay my debt and it wouldn’t keep escalating with interest. Reviewed on: 11th June 2022
