A life saver

PayPlan have been a literal life saver for my family. When due to redundancy, and illness several years ago my husband and I fell way behind with payments on everything except our mortgage, we were using payday loans to buy basic groceries. When we found PayPlan things were pretty dire and I was struggling to see the point of being here. They were amazing, they spoke to us in depth, were very easy to understand, and very pleasant, helpful and polite. I immediately felt in safe hands, and quickly felt as if a load had been lifted from my shoulders. They managed to work out a DMP for us, and thankfully were able to get all of our creditors on board. They have been easy to contact, and they get in touch with me should anything need adjusting. The yearly budget update/check is simple to do online, as is contacting them via their very easy to navigate site. Unfortunately our financial situation hasn't improved much over the years, but they have been helpful, friendly and supportive at every step, and made life enjoyable again. Remove the stress

Before i took out the Payplan debt management plan my nights were tajen up worrying about how i was going ti make it to the end of month after paying all my creditors. Payplan has taken that away and were brilliant in helping and talking me through a manageable solution. Npw i psy what i can reasobly afford and no worries aboyt contact from your creditors. Impeccable service

I am able to go about my day to day life with no worry about the debt I have accumulated. I had a very terrible thing happen to me at the end of last year. Pay plan was there to support and provide me with the breathing space I required. They do excellent work and fit there motto to the word. Helped me out of a tight spot

PayPlan was just what I needed to help me out when I didn’t know what else to do. Friendly and helpful staff who care about you as an individual, give advice and are on hand whenever needed. I had a personal incident recently independent of finances, and PayPlan were very understanding about my situation and were considerate of my circumstances.
