I have literally survived the last 4 years only because of PayPlan. Prior to that I was suffocating in debt, worry, depression, shame, anxiety on the brink of losing my house and had no idea how to solve the issue. I then met PayPlan. Although life is still tough, I no longer panic when a letter comes through the door,, I no longer pray not to wake up the next morning and this year, I actually went through my annual financial review without being a snivelling crying wreck on the phone. Empathy over judgment

Financial hardship is paralysing and severely undermines one’s self-esteem. The PayPlan team have always been supportive and reassuring. At no point have I ever felt judged or rebuked.
