Fantastic support and reassurance

When I first spoke to Payplan I was not knowing how to get out of my financial difficulties. I was reassured as well as giving me a “light at the end of the tunnel”. Ever since I have received a top class service with kind, friendly, supportive staff. Reviewed on: 8th June 2022

Out of the fire, back into life.

I got myself into a bad place - depression after a whole series of bad life events sent me spiralling into debt. They've helped me with a plan to get my finances back under control, and subsequently my mental health has improved massively! I can't speak more highly of them and would recommend anyone who's in a dire state where money is concerned to contact them - the first step is just asking for help. It is out there! Excellent Customer Service and Support

I had recently split from my husband and had accumulated a lot of debt. I was desperate for help as I was a single parent with little support. A work colleague recommended PayPlan and from first contacting them to the final payment they were always supportive. They suggested a monthly payment that was within my budget and I could finally relax and sleep at night. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is in the position I was in. Excellent solution to debt management.

I have used PayPlan since a divorce in 2007. I took on the household debt of over £40,000 and can now see the light at the end of the tunnel. I owe less than £3,000 having paid PayPlan my managed payment. Really takes the pressure off knowing your debts will be cleared at some point. Reviewed on: 24th May 2024
