Took the worry away made life worth living again

Due to illness I could no longer work and was worried sick how I was going to manage financially. I was then told about payplan plus and from the minute I picked up the phone and spoke to them, the relief was immediate. They were kind, compassionate and life saving. It is so easy They do all the hard work and the staff are so friendly and understanding. To me they were my emergency service. Reviewed on: 8th June 2022

I was in the UK for my studies until 2009, ran up a huge debt paying my overseas fees etc, someone referred me to Payplan: and they have helped me manage my debt from abroad, especially in very difficult economic circumstances, and esp. During Covid-19, when I lost my job, am most grateful to them for making the debt repayment manageable under dire circumstances, and for making the creditors agree to accepting very to very small sums, as and when my circumstances kept changing! Absolute Rescue Plan

Before contacting PayPlan I was at my wit’s end, worrying about debt and not sleeping. Once my IVA was in place I was instantly relieved and could afford to live again without getting in more debt. The plan has helped control my spending and I feel like I am finally becoming debt free. Helped me when I was at my lowest

I was at a point where a combination of spiralling credit and a gambling addiction had me at a point where I didn't have enough money on payday to cover all of my loans and credit cards. I rang one of my creditors and they suggest PayPlan to me. PayPlan were absolutely brilliant, they calmed me down and talked me through my options and made a best suggestion to me. They continued to keep in touch and check up on me while we went through the process and I really felt like I had someone on my side that could help me start to turn my life around. Not only are the people great, but the website and app are very easy to use. This makes contacting, viewing my progress and making payments incredibly easy. I genuinely don't know where I would be with out PayPlan, they have been absolute life savers and I would recommend them to anybody that finds themselves in financial trouble.
