I was in the depths of despair and drowning in debt when our circumstances took a turn for the worst ……. The hardest part was making the initial call to Payplan - once I had done if wished I’d done it months earlier. There was no judgement just support and consideration throughout the process . When I was introduced to pay plan, I was in a total mess financially due to I’ll health & covid. any way they reduced my outgoings by 85% per month ! Who’d of thought that was possible. Not me creditors listen to them about your finance’s Reviewed on: 8th June 2022

Although it has taken time to pay this off, all payments have been affordable for me to make. Pay plan were very understanding about my situation. No judgement was made towards me.
