I cannot thank PayPlanPlus enough for supporting me during a difficult time after losing my husband to cancer and my job of 20 years after caring for him. Amazing level of support

After becoming unwell and having to take time off work my debt situation got quite bad to the point where I was receiving letters daily threatening action against me to get the money I owed. Luckily for me, PayPlan were there to support me every step of the way. Using an affordability form they were able to work out what I was able to pay and then took the stress away by contacting all of my creditors on my behalf to inform them of the arrangement. I rarely heard from my creditors throughout my plan. 4 years later, I'm now coming to the end of my PayPlan journey and I'm SO relieved. PayPlan, thankyou! Expert advice and guidance

I had approximately £10,000 of debts to various creditors and was struggling with the repayments. I spoke with a debt advisor who put me in touch with PayPlan. The initial telephone call was straightforward and the advisor was able to help me with the budgeting form. Afterwards I had a better idea of what I could actually afford. 6 years later and I am down to me last £2000. PayPlan has helped to empower me to make better decisions going forward and I am truly thankful that I discovered them. Reviewed on: 8th June 2022
