When we first started to get into trouble I was so embarrassed, payplan never made me feel bad for asking for help, they explained everything that would happen. The team who deal with my debt are amazing. Always happy to help and never judge. The are kind and fair. I even recommended to my sister who although is not in debt she simply just used so she only had to make on payment each month and Payplan sends across to all creditors which is amazing!
