I cannot speak highly enough about PayPlan! I, like many others, got on the wrong side of personal finances. I thought I was headed for bankruptcy and PayPlan held me by the hand and guided me to a path that is leading me to a better financial future. They took away the shame, guilt and anxiety and replaced them with acceptance, hope and organisation. I have spoken to many members of staff and they all possess the ability to understand and explain any query I have. Fantastic! 10/10! Thank you PayPlan for helping me get my life back on track! Going through a process of organising your debts with Debt Solutions organisation is a daunting and slightly embarrassing thing to have to do. The team at PayPlan are easy to talk to, make everything well understood and are keen to help you understand the optioms available to you. Whenever I have needed to get in touch to revise my plan or ask for a little extra time to pay after a difficult month they have always been responsive and understanding. Friendly and helpful people who supported me.

All the people have supported me, helped me to manage my debt and clear it all. After a while I was able to be debt free and this was because of the kindness and understanding of the staff of the people at pay plan and the patience they showed me.
