I was embarrassed when I started my journey into an IVA. I struggled with speaking to people on the phone due to anxiety that was related to finances. PayPlanPlus went out of their way to ensure the majority of my correspondence was done through email/mail. They were kind and understanding, and throughout the year and a half I have been with them they have ensured I still had enough to provide for my family and changed my spending when my son got sick to ensure I could afford to park at the hospitals daily. I have been using payplan for just over 18months. Like most people when struggling with debt I didn't know what to do. Once I contacted them and talked through my options, I felt so much relief to know I was now inconrrol. The advisor I talked to was fabulous, I felt no judgement (what I was most afraid of). They talked me through my options helped me understand who to manage the debts. This made it so much easer as I now make 1 payment to 1 person, and they then split that between the creditors. They are very easy to contact if you need advice or to infrom of a change in circumstances. Overall u am very happy with the service I reciev and would defently recommend them.
