I rang payplan on advise of a friend I was at my lowest ebb and couldn't see a way forward All it took was that first call to get the ball rolling the advisors took me through all the options and next steps . Such relief to finally have a plan

I had spent years ignoring a debt that in reality was playing heavily on my mind and now there’s a light at the end of the tunnel. I don’t have creditors breathing down my neck and have a manageable plan in place. Payplan’s team take care of everything and have always been very understanding and accommodating, especially when I’ve had a change of circumstances. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough! Helped me at my lowest. Brought me back my confidence in my financial situation, don't think anyone knows really how helpful they can be. Payplan was recommended to me by my sister and every step of setting up my plan was so simple and quick staff were so understanding and explained everything so well. After a year my circumstances changed again but they were easy to contact and able to reassure me calm me down and sort out a new plan. Over the phone they always give you that feeling that it’s ok not to be ok and they go out of their way to help. Reviewed on: 8th June 2022

Life changing help

Getting in touch with Pat plan really helped me. After just about staying afloat but struggling in persistent debt all my adult life, I was one bad month away from losing everything and often felt suicidal at the prospect. PayPlan not only helped me out and set me up with a manageable way forwards, but their team was supportive and kind about my anxiety, and happy to work around my disabilities.
