Payplan literally saved my life!! I was in debt and did not know what to do or where to go for help. PayPlan helped me through the process of managing my debts and took the stress out of what was a very very stressful period in my life. I have been with Payplan for many years, and as a result have reduced my debts by two thirds. I don’t know where I would be, or what the future would have been without PayPlan. Utter professionalism and understanding

I was sinking in a sea of debt and PayPlan talked me through the processes and put me into a debt management plan which eased the pressure on me so much! I'm repaying the debts and get regular updates and contact, whenever required. Each and every person I've spoken to has been non judgmental and totally helpful. After storm-damage to my home left me in a substantial amount of debt that I would have been unable to manage; PayPlan were there to advise me and help me set up a DMP. I felt supported through each step, and continue to feel supported now, more than a year on. Reviewed on: 5th June 2022

To any reader, i have been struggling with physical and mental health issues due to my financial situation. My circumstances were primarily caused by a APP scam which led to me losing everything... i then struggled for 3 years trying to manage my debts, move money around trying desperately to keep on top of it all. In the end i could not so reached out to Payplan after researching companies offering help to individuals sinking in debt... the process although incredibly emotional for me was made really painless due to the professionals that helped me each step if the way. No judgement was made on how i ended up in the situation i found myself in, only judgement on what was the best way forward for me in the horrendous situation that i found myself in. My case handler at Payplan provided me with all ofbthe available options given the dire position that i found myself in, with professional advice and careful consideration a route to recovery was established... i am now some months after that crucial point in time and cannot describe how it feels to have a team to support me and now the overwhelming burden of debt reduced to a managable monthly payment. It was the best thing I ever did, although very daunting and being afraid I'd be judged, the compassion they all showed me was outstanding I was never once made to feel 'stupid'.
