I am very grateful for the team at Pay Plan. As you can imagine it wasn’t an easy decision to admit my problem and I was very ashamed . Talk img to the team with no feeling of being judge help me to go through the whole process . I am paying my debt slowly but I know I am in good hands and I can sleep at night . I was at a very low point and ignored my increasing debt for years. It took a lot to build up the courage to contact anyone and admit this. I then found PayPlan and just talking to them and the options they gave me on reducing my monthly payments were a huge relief. The customer service team and own personal case officer are really helpful and understanding. As they say "I wish I had done it sooner!" I would recommend to anyone with debt to contact PayPlan and lift the weight off your shoulders and start living again! Reviewed on: 2nd June 2022

I have been under Payplan for nearly 20 years and they have stuck with me throughout especially when the benefit agency occasionally saw fit to suspend my benefits they are always there. I would be lost without PayPlan. Reviewed on: 2nd June 2022
