When my fiancee passed away they helped me threw it because I also lost my benefits the day she died, and the people at pay plan were there for me and helped me threw to stop me worrying and it was a comfort knowing they were only a phone call away, to sum up if they hadn't of helped me im very sure I wud of probably of done something silly so I love them all for the understanding and even listening to me when I was lost they let me just talk and they took the time to listen so they are the best and very professional but also understanding From Karl.
