I struggle personally with anxiety. My financial state had got far too much for me to handle. PayPlan was amazing, helped me with one monthly affordable payments. Provided help at a critical time

The staff at Payplan gave me crucial support and guidance on my financial position and a solution when I was distraught with worry. As a pensioner they appreciated my anxieties and spoke positively and politely when explaining the debt solution and the use of portals to someone unfamiliar with that technology.
