Really helped me out with my debt was very worried and in a bad place when I first started out with this company they talked me through the process and let me know everything was going to be all ok. They did everything they said they was going to do. Took control and managed my debt for me. The calls and letters stopped coming from the creditors and I got my life back. I suffer from anxiety and I got into financial difficulties and couldn’t face dealing with the issue. The initial assessment was taken on with dignity and fair consideration of circumstances. The annual reviews which for me are worrying, upsetting and stressful have not been a problem as I have been listened to and Ben able to carry these out without sending my mental health into crisis.. My circumstances are delt with empathy, non judgemental and considerate. A complicated process is explained simply and in full.
