Outstanding customer service

The shame and pain of having to go through and set up my IVA was dealt with amazingly by these guys. They have been so supportive throughout my IVA so far especially when going through the pandemic and my buisness was on the decline and having to deal with personal and mental health issues because of it. Help when it is most needed in life.

Payplan have helped me get from having my house re possessed with huge (over £25k) credit and overdraught bills on top to being on the point of paying off my mortgage and reducing the credit bills to a more managable £17k. Over the next year or so the money I am paying to my mortgage will be available to clear the remaining debts. All through this Payplan has been at the end of a phone line with advice and help in seeing the end of the tunnel and reducing despair. I dotn care to imagine where my life would be without payplan.
