The Removing of Stress

Signing up to Payplan's free service meant an end to lender's phone calls and letters and to an empty bank account two weeks before pay day. I was able to manage my life confident that the constant threat of bailiffs and court action had been removed. Reviewed on: 21st May 2022

So helpful and caring, affordable plan

When I was so worried they put my mind at ease - there was a way out and that I could pay back this huge amount of money(to me) I’d been left to pay off by an ex partner. In a difficult situation, PayPlan has been so helpful and I'm so glad I chose to work with them.

In reviewing my options during financial difficulty, PayPlan was by far the most helpful and approachable company I came across. They guided me through the whole process and kept me updated consistently from enquiry to the commencement of my IVA plan. The have maintained great contact throughout my plan so far and the website is really simple to use for uploading documents, updating my budget and commicating with the PayPlan team.
