Great service , positive impact

Couldn’t fault the service which Payplan offer. I decided to used them when I knew I needed to resolve my finances. Decided to talk to Payplan and was impressed with how the whole process was handled. Has made a positive impact on life and I truely believe this company can help many others with similar situations. If it wasn’t for Payplan I would be either in prison or 6feet under as I owe so much money. I chose payplan when they were recommended to me and I am so happy I did as not only am I happy but my creditors are happy as they are receiving payment so thank you Payplan Reviewed on: 21st May 2022

Reduces the worry caused by debt

Having got into debt, PayPlan helped me pay my creditors a monthly amount that my household budget could afford. I had been doing this for several years. Unfortunately I am now suffering from a mental illness (Alzheimer's) and I am no longer able to be employed and earn an income. PayPlan are contacting my creditors and several have agreed to write off my debt. This could only have happened with the help of PayPlan. Reviewed on: 21st May 2022

Payplan got me out of a very difficult predicament, they took the stress out of my situation, contacted all of my creditors and helped me budget. None of my creditors contact me. I deal with Payplan only. My situation allows me 5/6 years to pay an agreed amount, after which I will be debt free. If I have any concerns, the Payplan customer service team are always on call, they have always been friendly and helpful. Reviewed on: 21st May 2022

Stress Free

A few years ago into a financial mess with credit cards i was robing Peter to pay Paul at the time credit cards were easy to get hold of all of which was my own fault [However the credit card companys should have said no] Speaking to a close relative who was in a similar position to me he recomended Payplan to this day they have been so supportive and understood my problems and come up with a payment plan which suits my needs . Someone at Payplan is allways available to speak to .[Which is unusual theese days] Well done to all at Payplan] Reviewed on: 21st May 2022
