Payplan helped me turn my life around by getting my debt under control and to sort out a monthly budget. At the time my debt was pulling me downwards into depression, insomnia and mood swings. No matter who I speak with at PayPlan the quality of service is the same. I have only found the staff to be understanding, supportive and explain everything simply and continually make sure I have understood what I'm being informed about, or what is required. I was under an immense stress to pay my debts which although I was in full time employment I could not afford. Payplanplus gave me a personal debt councillor to work with me to put a repayment plan in place that not only help me to gradually pay torwards my debts comfortably and have enough to feed my family.
