I wouldn't trust my DMP to any other provider ! My wife and I had never heard of Payplan until approximately 18 months ago when our Bank first introduced us as a partner. Right from the very outset of out engagement with Payplan they have always been nothing but polite and courteous, friendly, professional and straight to the point, business like, highly knowledgeable in their sphere of expertise, incredibly responsive, thoroughly accessible when required and always available on the end of the phone if urgently required. Something never to be taken for granted these days ! Always ready and rapid to respond to your queries and issues. Overall, highly successful in their DMP solutions delivery but above all provide great peace of mind. Payplan also have a light touch approach once your DMP is up and running, leaving you to get on with living your life whilst providing helpful support assurances whenever required. We are extremely grateful to Payplan in all that they have done for us and can only testify how greatly we have benefited from their level of expertise and professional services. Every member of staff I have spoken to has always been sympathetic and understanding when dealing with any queries I have had. They have also always listened to the full information I have gave without interrupting unless they have needed me to be more specific, even then I felt like they were listening to me and helping me answer any questions about any information I was giving. When I had thought I had no other options I found payplan, it was easy to contact them as they had the choice of chat and then email which is two options I find easier to use. They helped sort of my money issues and came up with a plan I was comfortable with, now I’m not so stressed and know it’s better. Reviewed on: 21st May 2022

Quick, direct and good advice

I had problems with Credit cards and had been running a Debt Management programme but it had no finit end. PayPlan suggetsed an IVA which ends in about 1 year from now. I will then be back on the straight and narrow and no more recurring debts. I am done with Credit cards though and will continue to manage with a Debit Card. Reviewed on: 21st May 2022
