Staff have been caring and supportive with me.l. Have suffered with Anxiety really quite bad the last 12 months and they have always been very caring over the phone and checked in with me to make sure I was doing okay. I just want to say thank you. Reviewed on: 20th May 2022

Great way to clear debts.

I have been with Payplan for a number of years clearing debts, it has been the best option for me and I am finally close to being debt free! Was very easy to set up and everything was handled for me. Never thought things would get better again. Got myself in financial trouble. Finally contacted Payplan for help. They were amazing, they listened, didn’t judge me and devised a realistic payment plan. Final demands stopped coming and I was not living in fear every time the doorbell went or letters through the post. These guys are a real credit and life savers. Thank you so much. From start to finish Payplan have been amazing and so supportive of my current situation, I wish I had known about them sooner! They have helped me so much, and communication wise they are amazing, i have in no way felt judged or been made to feel uncomfortable, which is what I was afraid of but it’s been the total opposite, I have felt welcomed and supported right from the beginning and I couldn’t knock them in any way possible.
