When I went into debt I was very depressed and worried. Payplan was very supportive and helpful when explaining what I had to do. The method of submitting my annual financial review is very easy to follow and feedback is prompt. I would recommend this company. Reviewed on: 20th May 2022

Helped me to see light at the end of a very long tunnel

After breaking my leg and being self employed I very quickly realised that I was in trouble financially. I spoke to my bank and they referred me to Payplan. I was embarrassed at the position I had found myself in, everyone I spoke to listened to me, no judgment just advice and reassurance that they could help me. Within 2 months everything was sorted and I’m now on a plan that is working. I feel that a great weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I was referred to PayPlan after falling into debt due to the Covid pandemic and our on going issue with being unable to manage all our out goings. They have genuinely been brilliant to work with. Their support and the kindness me and my partner have been shown by them has been incredible. Both of us were extremely distressed mentally by our debts and PayPlan really have saved our lives. I couldn’t recommend them enough to anyone struggling. They were so understanding and helpful, they made us feel as through they really cared and went above and beyond while getting us sorted out. Never thought that going through though time can be so swift and easy. Very educated team with loads of support and advice plus professional and clam. Quick set up and no hassle or contact from creditors what so ever. Very clear and straightforward app that show you all your move. Overall its 12 out of 10 for me.
