Helpful in stressful situations

After a change in finances and being unable to make ends meet, contacting Pay plan was the best thing I have ever done. The staff are helpful and take over the companies and work out the best deal. I have been with pay plan for almost 2 1/2 yes with no problems with the creditors. I make easy to afford payments monthly and can now rest and sleep better at night. Reviewed on: 20th May 2022

Reassuring and Helpful

At a time when we had got ourselves into a place we did not want to be, we went to our Local Council for help. After getting us on the right track they put us in touch with PayPlan who then went through everything with me and helped me to get on to what I could afford. At my age at the time of being in my sixties, Disabled and various other ailments they put me at ease with my life, and now I do not suffer with Depression so much, I smile a bit more now.
