Quite honestly saved my life

I contacted PayPlan as my debts were spiralling out of control due to ill health and covid related financial difficulties, the agent on the phone was fantastic and very supportive and helped me set up a payment plan to clear my debt, I can honestly say this has saved my life as my mental health was declining fast as I could not see a way out Reviewed on: 20th May 2022

No more stress

I was previously with another company of debt solutions, and I was in more stress than before, I was advised to contact PayPlan, and I am pleased I did, they talked to me with a sympathetic ear, they dealt with my debt problem, they contacted the creditors, infact too everything away from me... When no one else to help me.

I have been with PayPlan for about 10 or more years. After a serious illness I had leave work , otherwise I would probably have died heart attack and seriously having breathing problems. There was no one there for getting any help. A friend of mine told me about pay plan. I contacted them and very surprised to hear that they could help me. No one sat in judgment of my problems. I was treated with the utmost kindness and care. We managed to sort out what was the best way to get sort it and the advice given to me was a tremendous relief for me. First class service

Pay plan have friendly staff who always listen to any queries and deal with them quickly. I never feel anxious if I need to ask for a temporary adjustment to payments as they are very understanding and make me feel at ease. I feel my debt is under control in the hands of Pay Plan. Warm, helpful and absolute life changers

Myself and partner found ourselves in a financial spiral. Both in good jobs but unforeseen circumstances pushed us to our financial limits. PayPlan took the time to talk us through our options and advice us on the most appropriate and ethical solution to help us gain back control of our finances without judgement. We are now in a substantially better situation, happy and able to concentrate on building our lives as a family. I genuinely owe it all to PayPlan who don’t take a penny from me for helping me.
