Live saving people, literally!!

About 2 years ago we contacted pay plan as our current Government charity which I probably can't name discarded us, leaving us in a big financial Hole with nowhere to turn, times were dark and we could not see a way out, debts were creeping up again, letters through our doors demanding money, phone calls every day each demanding money, sometimes threatening us with court orders and Bailiffs!. With sleepless nights and severe mental health issues, life was hell, so we had to make the Step to Change! After a long phone call with pay plan, we slept so well that night!. These amazing people saved our lives literally! Gradually the letters still came in, but they were not threatening, the phone calls practically stopped. We arranged a payment plan and felt life was beginning to look a bit brighter. financially we were still in a bad way, but the pressure of thinking we were going to be homeless and our possessions being taken away had disappeared. There were times when the phone calls from us were stressful and we probably weren't the nicest of people, but the Staff at pay plan did not and never reacted the same way.it was like they understood, they got it, they cared and we were not just another number in the system, never in a hurry to hang up, never made us feel like we were burdens. I can only imagine how many other people pay plan have saved! Mental issues will always be with us, but suicidal thoughts now never enter our heads and we're thanking Pay plan for saving our lives! If it hadn’t of been for Payplan. I don’t know how much longer I could of carried on. But with there support and help. It’s been nearly one year now. Debt is an evil thing, like an addiction it can take over your life and consume every waking hour wondering how your going to meet the next demand. Payplan got me out of that cycle otherwise the options were drastic and final. I'll be forever in their.. well you know! Reviewed on: 20th May 2022
