Very helpful company and will also help when unexpected direct debits pop up.

With the current climate I completed a yearly review only to find a few weeks later my gas/electric went up by about £40 a month. Payplan immediately were in contact after I sent the new direct debit and we negotiated a new monthly figure. Reviewed on: 20th May 2022

When I was on maternity leave i was extremely worried about how I would pay my creditors with around £500 and a house to run. All my creditors could offer me was short term plans and nothing longer to support me until I went back to work. I turned to pay plan and the help and support on my initial phone call was outstanding. The time spent on the phone and just the empathy towards my situation put me at ease. I’m looking forward to being debt free when my plan comes to end and will not repeat mistakes made as young adult at 18. So pleased l went with Payplan they helped me out a lot and put my mind at ease. When your in debt it eats away at you and has a horrible effect on your life. I pay by direct debit and don’t have to worry that my creditors are being paid. Well done Payplan. Reviewed on: 20th May 2022
