When I reached out to PayPlan many years ago now, I was in such a mess, depressed and lost. They spoke to me without judgement and gave me real hope. They dealt with all my creditors and set out a plan that I was able to work with. It is true to say that without knowing it they may very well have saved a life and for that I can only thank PayPlan. Calm, knowledgeable and friendly advisors

I’ve lost count of the number of times I’ve broken down in tears when talking to Payplan about my financial situation. Payplan staff are always calm, knowledgeable and reassuring; there is nothing they haven’t heard before. They are the calm in a storm, and I’ve always finished a conversation with PayPlan and been able to see light at the end of the tunnel, and felt more positive. Thank you Payplan. Easy to use and provided such a relief

I was increasingly worried and stressed about money issues especially with the increasing costs of living this year. PayPlan were patient and listened to my worries considering all of my outgoing costs and worked out a simple way to help. I didn't realise I could get help with my finances as they were in a mess and I was on my own A friend of a friend had mentioned payplan and I checked it out. Haven't looked back very professional and helping setting my a payplan that I could afford and get on with my life stress free. Highly recommend. Reviewed on: 20th May 2022
