The right help at the right time

I changed from another DMP provider to Payplan due to not feeling involved or control from last one. Payplan from the first point of contact kept me informed of contact with creditors what was happening. They provided lots of information and calmed my anxiety by answering any questions and talking me through each step. Best decision I made. Reviewed on: 20th May 2022

Stuck in debt I’d been advised to do debt management plan. - not good advice Contacted PayPlan+ and after talking to them advise was IVA They went through everything and communication was excellent.
