Supportive, friendly financial advice.

I approached PayPlan ten years ago as my debt was spiralling out of control and I had been made redundant. I was receiving letters and phone calls all the time from my creditors and it was affecting my mental health very badly. PayPlan helped me out when I felt backed up to a brick wall with my finances. I now lay a monthly amount to PayPlan who speak to my creditors on my behalf. No more phone calls or demanding letters, instead a supportive and friendly company who have made the world of difference to my financial situation and peace. I’m chipping away at my debts paying just over £20 a week, which is affordable for me. Would highly recommend PayPlan as a company for people in financial difficulty. My friend took her life due to financial worry and I only wish I’d been able to recommend PayPlan to her 12 years ago. Reviewed on: 20th May 2022

I can't begin to express the value that being with PayPlan has added to my life. I can honestly say that I've never been let down a single time in the past 5+ years of being a customer. My payments are easy to organise and manage, the staff are knowledgeable, competent and polite and above all; they really are making it possible for me to get out of debt and get back in to good financial shape again. Not just a debt company, but a company that cares

Payplan are not only a company that take the stress out of a very worrisome time for many people, but they also have a genuine care for every customer. Their human approach separates them from other companies out there, and help is always on hand when needed. Payplan really do help change lives for the better, with no judgement or agenda.
