Helpful and Friendly

After my tenants got my in a lot of dept I found it hard to pay and intrest was going up and up. I found PayPlan very helpful and found a way for me to pay for it. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2021

Excellent, friendly, responsive

I went to PayPlan when I was concerned that my outgoings on debts significantly outweighted my ability to pay them. This was due to a period of redundancy and a salary change. Payplan were very responsive, they were thorough in their assessment of my debts and my needs (rent, living costs etc) and we came to a payment plan quite quickly. Payplan reached out to my debtors and arranged reasonable repayments, many with frozen interest rates which reduced my concerns greatly. Payplan will change your life

Payplan are the most helpful, kind, understanding and genuine bunch of people ever they have helped me in ways that I never thought was possible, they always keep in touch and have always supported me through my entire journey with them. They are professional at what they do but at the same time kind and caring, I would recommend anyone who is in debt to reach out to these guys as they will change your life. Saved my bacon!

Without Payplan's help to set up my Debt Management Plan (DMP), I would probably have been made bankrupt & lost my house. I have been with Payplan for several years now, and they have nothing but helpful, especially in the beginning, when i was still receiving THOSE letters from credit card companies & banks....Payplan took care of all of those for me, I have not received any for years. Every year they review my plan & contact my creditors for approval of the repayments, which they always (touch wood!) agree to. I would recommend using Payplan's services to anybody who is being weighed down by the stress of having debt problems that they cannot solve themselves. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2021
