PayPlan gave me my life back

PayPlan gave me and my family our life back. I was over 20k in credit card debts and could see no way out. I came across PayPlan through a notice board at my work set up by my union. I gave them a call , I was at rock bottom but they listened to my problems and explained how I could get back control of my finances. They have been amazing every step of the way. Having to talk about your debts is hard, but the payplan team were helpful and friendly, and I felt like a weight had been lifted from my shoulders after speaking with them. I had made a few mistakes regarding money and it was getting on top of me everything was spiralling out of control and I feel like now I can see the end point if I stick to my plan and going through payplan made everything a lot easier to deal with best decision I’ve made. When I contacted PayPlanPlus I was desperately trying to make ends meet. Personal circumstances and Covid had made my monthly outgoings totally unaffordable. The process was clearly explained and I have had support throughout. I am one year through my plan and have had a very difficult year - but not with my financial worries.
