Unlike other companies which offer Debt Management Plan, PayPlan doesn't charge any fees for their service. They are also quick to reach out to my creditors. They have a website where I can manage all my details online and doesn't require me to pick up my phone and call them. Reviewed on: 16th May 2024

Caring, kind and compassionate

After splitting up with an abusive ex in every sense and him getting me into debt, pay plan was there to understand, listen but most of all help. Even though I’m still paying off debts, homeless and feel like the world around me is closing in I know that if ever my DMP gets to hard to manage they’ll be there to listen and support as always. Outstanding support and advice.

When the cumulative stress of debt happened to me, the advice, guidance and care given to me was amazing, I took control, and in the 14 months I’ve been with payplan up to now I have made significant progress in reducing my unsecured debt, and it has also helped educate me into a much improved approach to finances and debt management moving forward.
