I lost my job due to the covid situation all my finances were getting on top of me I almost had a breakdown from all the worry. Then spoke to payplan customer service was brilliant broke it down to me step by step supported me and answered all my questions and it made sense. Everyone said NO...Payplan said YES!

A sensational program to help people who really need it. My Dad had passed away from Covid, I had to.pay Funeral and Church Fees. Then someone stole my car. Payplan listened better than anyone else, were genuinely vested in finding a real solution to my problem. Their responses to phone calls and emails was FIRST RATE. Other companies had pitched debt relief to me but no one really went the extra mile as PAYPLAN DID. I am an educated person and Payplan worked with me and I did not feel patronised or ashamed. They are BETTER THAN A debt management plan, they are progressive and a powerhouse of information, guidance and help. Thank you for changing my life. Reviewed on: 20th August 2021

reassuring without feeling judged

I was in dire situation with multiples of debt petrified to talk and explain why it happened as people do judge you in these days. I had to build up courage due to fear of admitting i needed help as i could see know way out and i felt like i was sinking. The communication side was fantastic as i did not need to have long telephone conversations which would only have added to the sadness i felt accepting i needed help. After that first time approach and email ifelt i had taken control of my life again and can only thank the Payplan for letting me breathe again without panicking. No problems were to much for them, communication great and if i received any bad letter days Payplan team was always there even at night to help me through it. Reviewed on: 20th August 2021

Payplan have changed my life for the better

I approached Payplan to help me manage my debt which was out of control, causing me severe anxiety and I was paying out so much each month I had nothing left to live on, due to various health issues and having my son. They were incredibly helpful, non judgemental and professional yet personable throughout and have always been an absolute pleasure to deal with. The app makes keeping track of things very easy and their communication is always excellent, im always responded to quickly when I have any queries or need to advise them of a change. Thanks to Payplan my finances are finally in a manageable position, I no longer have to lie awake at night worrying about how I will afford to buy essentials and I feel confident and stable knowing everything is being paid off and taken care of properly. Payplan have been great in helping me get on track with my finances. I felt like I was drowning and going round in circles with debt. PayPlan have been the best thing that could have happened at a time of monetary crisis… there attention to detail and their promptness in answering any query is superb. They reply to any query within 24 hours, get in touch with creditors, sort out problems and generally ‘do what they say’ … they are highly recommended by me and I would recommend them to anyone in need of debt … Reviewed on: 20th August 2021
