Very helpful, I was very nervous about talking on the phone about my debts as I felt embarrassed but sorted out my payment plan all through email which was brilliant. Payplan have really helped me out.

Payplan have really helped me out. This is the second time with pay plan and my first debt was cleared within 5 years. I had to ask pay plan again for help as I had to go self employed to attend to my son's needs and they did not judge me which I really appreciated and my stresses levelled out knowing my finances where in good hands.
