I had a very large debt many years ago. They were very patient, easy to understand and told me exactly what to expect. With their help, I have been able to set up a payment plan that, whilst long, would not financially cripple me. They contact me yearly to review and again are patient that I take my time over this. After I had my daughter, I was really struggling financially to pay my debts whilst on maternity leave. Payplan worked with me to find an affordable solution to my repayments and honestly make my stress ease. The customer service is always great & they resolve any issues very quick.
