Following the unpredictability of self employment in commujity theatre arts I was in debt to banks and paying high interest rates. I got a job in a bank which paid low rates of income but high bonuses. Just after I started the crash happened and all the bonuses stopped. I found I was paying out a third of my income to creditors and never missed a payment. But it couldn't go on, my debts only increased and I felt really ashamed and foolish. I heard about Payplan from my union and got in touch. From the very first phone call I felt that my hand was being held, I felt supported by people who knew what they were doing. Always friendly, reassuring and polite. I would thoroughly recommend Payplan to anyone in a difficult situation with debt. Over the years I have gradually reduced my debt to about 20% of what it was. If it wasn’t for the help of this company during my mess with my finances and incurring a massive debt I don’t think I would of got through the situation. They negotiated a repayment plan with my creditors, Kept them from harassing me for payment and have kept the plan realistic and manageable for me. They are always happy to help, Deal with any query or problem professionally. Since being on the plan I have managed my finances very well, Have not occurred any more debt, And made great progress in being my debt off to my creditors. Debt plan

Pay plan has been our saviour for the past 12 years or so, without them we would be in a financial timebomb. Pay plan has helped us to get back to normal and sorted all our creditors out with minimal payments so we can carry on with our lives not having to worry about demanding letters coming through our door.
