A caring and helpful service with no judgement on your circumstances

I got myself into quite a bit of debt in the relationship I was in. I was struggling with all the payments and didn't see a way out. My mum provided me with the number for payplan and I called to see if they could help me with my situation. They went above and beyond for me. The ladies I spoke to were all so caring and I didn't feel judgement in any way. I now have under a year left of my IVA plan and I know I wouldn't have come this far without the team that's supported me through it. I would like to take this time to thank everyone at payplan for your help and support. I will remember it for the rest of my life. You have helped me more than you will ever know.
