Help on the road to recovery

I have been with Payplan for quite a long time now, initially under a debt management plan but more recently with an IVA. I initially started out on a DMP but things weren't improving financially for me, at the rate of my DMP I would still be paying off my debtors for about another 20 or so years. So Payplan ran through all the options, continuing the DMP but the pitfalls that could happen should debtors decide not to agree, bankruptcy and the potential outcomes and finally IVA. They explained how everything worked what were the pros and cons and what they thought would be the best option for me in my situation, and that was an IVA. Everything was explained clearly and thankfully the proposals went through. To further support my faith in Payplan and their IVA team, when I had to change jobs and took a drop in pay, they were able to reduce my payments until I was back on my feet again. I am now in the process of my finishing my IVA, and although it may have been tough sometimes, I felt that Payplan had my back and I am now only a year away from being debt free thanks to their continued support. From darkness to light

After separating from my partner and children I found myself spiralling into a very dark place and finding myself homeless and for some reason nobody were able to help as I didn’t seem to fit any organisations referral criteria. Once I was so creditable as organisations would offer their products. Suddenly nobody (banks, housing, utilities, financial contracts, DWP) wanted to understand and offer me sometime for me to get back on my feet. The only organisation that made the difference was PayPlan. Once everything was put in place it enabled me to start to rebuild my life, which I have. Great financial support!

I turned to Payplan when I was in a financial pit of debt. Not knowing which way to turn, I found payplan on Google and on the same day I was signed up and ready to pay off what I could. Pay plan stands by their moto, they really helped me live again! Reviewed on: 19th August 2021
