Couldn't have coped without them

On first contact they didn't judge or make me feel uncomfortable. They have been really helpful, understanding, polite, professional and reassuring throughout. I really don't know how I would have coped without them, my mental health is shot anyway, but at least I know I can approach them with whatever problems or queries I have about my debts.
